Welcome to Holistic Life Tribe! This platform is a space for open dialogue, collaboration, and connection. Our guidelines are designed to maintain a respectful and constructive environment where all members can feel safe to express themselves and engage meaningfully. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community for all members, including our Ambassadors. To ensure that everyone feels safe and respected, we have established these Community Guidelines. All members are expected to meet our Community Membership Criteria and uphold these guidelines at all times and lead by example in promoting a positive and welcoming environment.

These basic guidelines include:

Respect others: We expect all members to treat each other with kindness, empathy, and respect. This means refraining from any form of hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
Stay on topic: Our community is focused on holistic wellness personal growth and professional enhancement. Please keep your posts and comments relevant to these topics.
Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our members and expect all Ambassadors to do the same. Please do not share personal information or confidential details about other members without their permission. Likewise, do not share or reproduce any content from the community without explicit permission from the community or its creators.
No inappropriate self-promotion: While we encourage members to share their expertise and experiences, please do not use our community as a platform to promote your own products or services outside of designated "Resources" or "Marketplace" spaces. If you wish to promote your goods or services in these areas, please contact a Community Host
Respect Space Agreements: As a member of SelfCoachingHub.com, it is important to respect the space agreements set by the host of each space. These agreements may include rules around language, behavior, and topics of discussion. Please be mindful of these agreements and follow them in order to maintain a safe and respectful community.
Follow the law: All members are expected to follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Communication Tips

To maintain a harmonious and unified atmosphere within the community, members should adhere to the following undisputable divisional criteria when engaging in conversations:

Avoid personal attacks or derogatory language: Engage in respectful discussions without resorting to name-calling, insults, or derogatory comments about others' beliefs or opinions.
Refrain from making sweeping generalizations: Avoid overgeneralizing groups of people based on race, religion, nationality, gender, or other characteristics. Recognize the diversity of perspectives within these groups and approach each individual as unique.
No promotion of hate speech, violence, or discrimination: Do not encourage or endorse any form of hate speech, violence, or discrimination towards any individual or group, regardless of their background, beliefs, or opinions.
Prioritize listening and empathy: Practice active listening and seek to understand others' perspectives before expressing your own opinion. Remain open to learning from others and be willing to reconsider your views.
Focus on common ground and shared values: Encourage discussions that emphasize common goals, shared values, and areas of agreement, rather than focusing solely on differences and divisions.

Community Moderators: Our team of dedicated moderators oversees discussions to ensure they adhere to our guidelines.

Our current Moderators are:

Proactive Monitoring: We monitor the community for potential issues, but also rely on members to report any concerning behavior or content.
Open Dialogue with Moderators: Members are encouraged to reach out to moderators for any concerns or clarification regarding community rules.

Reporting Concerns: A Commitment to Integrity

In our efforts to nurture integrity within our community, we encourage members to take an active role in maintaining our shared values. If you're aware of a community member who may not meet the criteria outlined in our membership guidelines, please contact an ambassador and/or community moderator directly. Your concern matters to us, and we want to handle it with the care and sensitivity it deserves. Reports can be made both anonymously or non-anonymously, depending on your comfort level.

Anonymous Reporting: If you choose to report anonymously, we'll treat your information with the utmost confidentiality. Your identity will remain protected, though it may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly.
Non-Anonymous Reporting: By revealing your identity when making a report, you allow us to follow up with you directly for more information if needed. This can help substantiate the report and may lead to a more comprehensive understanding of the situation.

We understand that reporting concerns can be a delicate matter. Rest assured, our ambassadors and community moderators are trained to handle these situations with empathy, discretion, and fairness. ⚠️ Corrective Actions for Violations

Escalation Process for Space Agreement Violations

If you notice a violation of a space agreement, please bring it to the attention of the host of the space first. If the behavior persists or if the host is unavailable or unresponsive, you may escalate the issue to a moderator or administrator of the community. If the violation continues, a third and final escalation may be made to the SelfCoachingHub.com Ambassador team for review and potential action. It is our goal to maintain a safe and respectful community, and we appreciate your help in upholding our space agreements.

Immediate Removal from the Community

We want our community to be a safe and respectful space for everyone. As an empowered and valuable member, you play a crucial role in upholding the community standards and ensuring that all members feel welcome and supported. However, there are certain actions that we consider to be serious violations of our community guidelines and that will result in immediate removal from the community. These actions include:

Harassment or discrimination: Any form of harassment or discrimination towards another member based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.
Threats or violence: Any threats of violence or violent behavior towards another member will result in immediate removal from the community.
Illegal activity: Any activity that is illegal or that violates the terms of service of the platform hosting the community will result in immediate removal from the community.

We take these violations seriously and will act swiftly to protect the safety and well-being of our community members. The potential consequences for violating these guidelines are account suspension or termination of community membership. If you witness or experience any of these actions, please report them to the community management team immediately. Thank you for helping us create a safe and supportive community for all members

Warning and Guidance: Members who violate guidelines will receive a warning and corrective advice to help them align with community standards.
Temporary Restrictions: Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary restrictions on participation in discussions or access to certain features.
Permanent Ban: In cases of extreme violations, a member may be permanently banned from the community to protect the well-being of all members.

Use the ‘Report’ Feature: Click on the ‘Report’ button on posts or comments that seem to violate our guidelines.
Contact Moderators Directly: For immediate concerns, directly message any of our moderators.
Provide Context: When reporting, please provide as much context as possible to assist in swift resolution.
