Goal: New villagers understand the model, know what to do next, and feel safe to participate.

0:00–0:03 — Welcome + frame

0:03–0:08 — The 2-layer model (non-negotiable)

• Mighty = training + community of practice
• VT360 = requests + matches + closure + ledgers
• “We don’t run operations in the feed.”

0:08–0:15 — The 4 basics (in plain language)

1. Ask in a matchable way
2. Offer with boundaries
3. Match = timeboxed agreement
4. Closure is required

Read the request template out loud once.

0:15–0:20 — The culture rules that prevent collapse

• No scope creep
• No guilt-based yes
• No public scoreboards
• Conflicts go in the right container

0:20–0:25 — Live demo (screen share VT360)

Show:

• where requests are created
• what “NeedsInfo” looks like
• where “ReadyToMatch” lives
• how a match is created
• how completion is marked

Keep it fast and simple.

0:25–0:28 — The first action (today)
