OK, So How do We Support Each Other Through Organizational Change?
Transitioning through organizational change can be daunting, but it's a journey we can navigate together. Just like at a festival, where each beat and rhythm brings a new vibe, embracing change can lead to an exhilarating new experience.
Survival Mode: From Fear to Revival
Resistance to change often stems from our lowest vibrational life mode—survival mode—where fear and self-preservation reign supreme. We can exist in three modes: survival, revival, and thrival. In today's world, with its myriad worries and challenges, it's easy to see why many of us might be stuck in survival mode. From global issues to personal struggles, it's a tough landscape. At Holistic Life Tribe, we're working together to address our reflective problems and move forward.
Recognizing this, we aim to support each other in moving from survival to revival and ultimately, to thrival, more easily.
By acknowledging our common fears and offering some consensual advice, we can all move forward together.
So before we go, let's not forget about our colorful cast of characters above:

- Fear: Losing the comfort of the known.
- Advice: We want to embrace new efficiencies while honoring tradition. Change can be a way to enhance what we already cherish. Let’s mix the old school vibes with some fresh beats to keep the party boooooming!
Status Quo Sentinel
- Fear: Chaos and loss of control.
- Advice: Studies show that new routines can reduce stress and boost productivity (Northwestern Medicine). Change doesn't mean losing control—it means gaining better tools to manage it. Skeptical Steve
- Fear: Fads that waste time and resources.
- Advice: We’re embracing gradual organizational changes transparently, showcasing small, proven successes that build trust and demonstrate real benefits. Think of it like testing out a new track—one beat at a time to see if the crowd’s feeling it.
