🌱 Stage 1: The Seed Triad (3 Founders → Anchor Circle Formation)

(From 3 Founders → Anchor Circle Formation)

Purpose: To begin small enough for coherence and trust, yet diverse enough in perspective and skill to represent a balanced foundation.

1. Founding Trio Formation

Select three initiators who embody complementary capacities:

  • Vision & Alignment (Lead Steward 🎯) — holds purpose and coherence.
  • Relational Intelligence (Rep Steward 🔄) — ensures inclusivity, feedback, and outward connection.
  • Systems & Structure (Admin Facilitator âš™) — builds the initial governance, documentation, and rhythm.

AI serves immediately as the AI Secretary 🤖, maintaining transparent records from day one. Each person temporarily holds one of the Core Four roles. These initial role holders are caretakers, not owners—they serve until consent elections begin in Stage 5.

2. Drafting the Anchor Circle Charter

The trio uses the CCOS Circle Charter Template to define:

  • Purpose: Why this Circle exists and what it serves.
  • Domains: What decisions and actions fall within its exclusive authority.
  • Accountabilities: The tangible outputs each role is responsible for.
  • KPI Cadence: How Circle health and progress will be measured.

The Charter becomes the founding document of the Anchor Circle—simple, public, and reviewable.

3. ARC Consent Practice (Trust Calibration)

Before any governance begins, the founders build relational integrity through the ARC Triad:

  • Awareness — Each person identifies their energetic boundaries, emotional triggers, and real working capacity.
  • Reciprocity — The trio co-creates agreements for communication, feedback, and energetic exchange.
  • Choice — Every member confirms voluntary participation and gives explicit consent for transparent documentation of decisions.

This ensures the Circle begins not just with structure, but with somatic trust.

4. Public Declaration (Transparency & Resonance)

Once the Charter is drafted and the ARC calibration is complete:

  • Publish an “Anchor Circle Intent” post in the Transparency Ledger.
  • Include the Charter summary, Circle purpose, and roles currently filled.
  • Invite observers—not yet participants—to witness the founding moment.

This public act marks the transition from idea → organism. It invites resonance, not recruitment—signaling that the community is forming through coherence, not open enrollment.

5. Review & Readiness Check

Before moving to Stage 2 (Recruitment & Vetting):

  • Each founder affirms readiness and capacity for at least one full operational cycle (approx. 90 days).
  • The AI Secretary logs this as the Circle’s Genesis Review.
  • The group confirms their next meeting cadence and governance rhythm.

Essence

The Seed Triad is where the culture of clarity begins. Three humans, one living document, and one AI mirror—aligned through awareness, reciprocity, and choice. From this moment forward, every new person joins a system that already remembers how it began.
