Before moving into Module 2, here are a few simple steps to ground yourself and start participating right away.

✅ Step 1: Introduce Yourself

Go to the Introductions thread and post a short hello.

• Who you are
• What called you here
• One gift or perspective you bring

📌 Example: “Hi, I’m Leo. I care about agreements because I’ve seen how unclear expectations create conflict. I bring experience in nonprofit facilitation.”

✅ Step 2: Post a Check-in

Visit the Ongoing Check-ins thread and add a word, emoji, or phrase for how you’re arriving today.

• Example: 🌱 “Calm but curious.”

✅ Step 3: Read and Agree

Review the Member Agreements page.

• Comment “I’ve read and agree.”
• Optional: share which agreement feels most important to you right now.

Open the Quick Links Hub and familiarize yourself with:

• Projects Dashboard
• Resource Library
• Meeting Rhythm & Agendas

Pause and reflect:

• What excites you most about being here?
• What’s one way you’d like to contribute in the next 30 days?
