A Living Operating Agreement for Co-Creation

The Circle Covenant is the core agreement that holds the Conscious Community Operating System together.

It is not a constitution carved in stone, nor a rigid lawbook.

It is a living covenant: a shared promise among Circles to steward life, relationships, and resources in ways that honor both individual freedom and collective harmony.

• To establish a clear foundation for how Circles operate and relate.
• To ensure decisions are transparent, inclusive, and regenerative.
• To protect the dignity, sovereignty, and creative agency of every member.
• To weave Circles into a harmonic whole where governance flows with clarity and accountability.

Where the old world built nations on contracts of power and control, the Circle Covenant arises as a new covenant of trust and responsibility.

It is adaptive by design meant to be reviewed, renewed, and refined as Circles learn, grow, and evolve together.
