Saberra is a done-for-you AI system that remembers what your organization decides, commits to, and learns, so that knowledge does not evaporate the moment a meeting ends or a key person moves on. It is built for organizations of roughly 5 to 100 people, where the cost of forgetting is real but a full-time memory steward is not realistic.

You feed Saberra your meeting recordings, transcripts, notes, and operational emails. It reads them, extracts the durable substance, and files structured records into your knowledge base. Then a human reviews and confirms. That is the whole loop.

The three layers

Saberra is built from three parts that work together, and each has a distinct job.

Sera, the AI persona. Sera is the intelligence that reads your content and drafts structured memory from it. Sera proposes; she never publishes, approves, or applies a change to canon on her own. She is deliberately built without the ability to act unilaterally.

The Living Memory Hub. This is where memory lives: 29 Notion databases that hold meetings, decisions, tasks, risks, profiles, policies, knowledge-base articles, spend, vital signs, unresolved contradictions, and more. Critically, these databases live inside your organization's own Notion workspace, not in some Saberra-controlled silo. You own the data, you can read it directly, and you can leave with all of it at any time.

Human Review. Every record Sera creates lands as a draft, candidate, or pending item. A person confirms, edits, or discards it. For the records that change what the organization is, canon changes, policies, sensitive material, and the governance ledger, this is enforced by the architecture itself: there is no configuration flag, no admin toggle, and no "trust mode" that lets the system publish those without a human. For lower-stakes types an organization can set a trust dial that lets a candidate promote itself after a real objection window, and even then low confidence or high significance still routes it to a person. That constraint is a feature, not a limitation.

Single-tenant by design

Saberra is single-tenant. Each client gets an isolated deployment, and data from one organization never mixes with another. Your emails, transcripts, and extracted records stay in your own Google account, your own Notion workspace, and your own Anthropic-processed pipeline.

The best way to describe the arrangement: it is a configuration, not a custody arrangement. Saberra configures and operates the memory system on your behalf, but your data lives in accounts you control. Nothing is held hostage, and nothing is pooled with other customers.

Done-for-you setup

Saberra is not a self-serve tool you have to wire up yourself. Onboarding is a guided, done-for-you process that typically runs about four weeks: provisioning your isolated deployment, standing up the 29 databases in your Notion workspace, connecting your capture inbox and Google account, tuning extraction to your language and vocabulary, and confirming the review workflow with everyone who will use it. The guided Seed Packet at /seed is where a first layer of real memory gets loaded, usually in a single afternoon.

By the end, your organization has a living memory that keeps working quietly in the background, turning the ordinary exhaust of meetings and email into durable, searchable, human-verified institutional knowledge.
