Roles are open invitations. They are not permanent titles or hidden jobs. Anyone in the circle can step into a role when they feel called and supported to do so.

🌱 Ways to Step In

📌 Example: A member helps with note-taking, then transitions into the Admin Facilitator role after a cycle of mentorship.

📜 What Happens When You Step In

• You are given access to the Role Card
• Your name is added to the Role Ledger for transparency
• You may receive mentorship from the outgoing or current role-holder
• You can always step out of a role with clear notice and handoff

🧭 Steward Support

Circle Stewards and experienced role-holders will:

• Help you understand the role’s scope
• Offer guidance during your first cycle in the role
• Check in to make sure you are supported and not overwhelmed

When members step into roles, the circle becomes stronger and more resilient. Every role is a chance to practice leadership, learn new skills, and carry purpose with clarity.
